DC On-Live is designed to keep your dancer moving during this time where we cannot be physically together in the studio. Our live classes are interactive and fun. Instructors have been working and training to make our online classes individualized, entertaining, interactive and fun!! For our younger group, the use of special weekly themes, games, props, scavenger hunts, obstacle courses and more keep classes fresh, new and exciting. For our older dancers, keeping up with technique, the use of breakout rooms for peer interaction, and individualized goal setting will help dancers to stay focused and energized during class. While we all can't wait to be back together in the studio, zoom classes will keep us moving and connected.
We are now enrolling for Summer 2020 On-"Live" dance classes. We look forward to having your dancer join us.

An age-specific 45-minute class containing ballet, tap and jazz/creative movement. The purpose of the class is to introduce young dancers to the three styles of dance and inspire movement and creativity within a positive environment. Dancers will also learn basic steps and terminology in all three styles. The use of fun, age-appropriate music engages the young dancers’ minds and bodies. The use of props such as hula hoops for the “freeze dance” makes the end of class the most fun!
