Maddie Smith

“Maddy has been dancing with Dance Connections since she was 7 years old. For the past ten years, the dance studio has been her happy place. She evolved from a nervous little second grader to a confident young woman who will lead a dance class of her own this year. This is largely in part to Jen Aversa and the other teachers, who have helped Maddy grow, not only in dance, but in life as well.

The friendships Maddy has made in Dance Company will be lifelong friendships. The environment at the dance studio has always been positive, safe and uplifting. The opportunities for the kids to dance have been very diverse - spring fairs at local schools, retirement communities, and their end of year benefit recital.

Dancing at Dance Connections has been an amazing experience for Maddy!”
